Regardless of the endeavor, does anyone truly start a job striving to be terrible? While this question might seem too simple to be helpful, we believe it is indeed important for all leaders to consider. If 99% of individuals want to be successful, how do you, as a leader, tap into their desire for success?

Connect with a team member who's struggling to meet job expectations this week. Before deciding they're not a good fit, take time to truly connect with them.
