Light on Leadership 2+2+2
Who are you as a leader?
Our goal for the Light on Leadership newsletter is to provide you with two questions and two thoughts in less than two minutes. We know you are busy leaders, so we hope this content is something you can use and share with others! Enjoy.
Two Questions
What are your priorities?
We have control over our attitude, our responses to others, how we use our time each day, and where we dedicate our energy and attention. However, how often do we remember this? Are we all guilty of letting our daily habits and routines control us? What would you do differently if you could reorganize your life tomorrow? As a leader, your most valuable resources are yourself, your time, your energy, and your family. Does your daily schedule reflect these priorities?
What are your goals?
As leaders, we recognize the importance of building a system that encourages and motivates our team members. However, we often neglect to set aside time for self-reflection and reassessing our "why". Are your personal goals the same as they were a decade ago? How have your life priorities changed over time? Without contemplating what truly matters to us, how can we inspire others with passion and purpose? Leadership is not just about guiding others; it's also about personal and professional growth. Unsuccessful teams are often the result of leaders who resisted change.
Two Thoughts
Embrace the obstacles.
Every obstacle is here to help you.
Why self-motivated people rule the world:
The most successful people I know look at obstacles as a blessing.
As something to overcome, because of the beauty and power of the lesson behind it.
