The second is public recognition of others through awards. Regardless of the simplicity of the award, publicly acknowledging the outstanding work and attitudes of team members can have a positive effect.

Did you forget your “WHY”?

Work-life balance is a common topic, often discussed with the aim of adding more "balance" to our daily tasks. However, this may not be the right approach. Instead of striving for balance, it's important to revisit our passions and understand why we do what we do each day. No one begins a career with the hope of becoming frustrated, stressed, and perpetually angry. When we remember our why and focus on serving others it is amazing how energized we feel!
